Introduction:
Today I am going to give some little tips about how to keep you body healthy and fit.

Paragraph 1:
Here are some tips about how to stay healthy and fit, drinking lots of is good for your health and if you play sports you need to drink lots of water to keep you fit.

Paragraph 2:
Another way to keep you body healthy and fit is to eat lite some of the foods you could eat are vegetables, fruits, things that don’t have a lots of sugar or fat, some people like to be on a diet.

Paragraph 3:
If you really want to stay healthy you could train, some people train every single day some people like to train every second day, training is good for your health, sometimes people like to go for a swim, if you ever dreamed to become a rugby player or a netball player all you need to do is to train and never give up.

Paragraph 4:
If you can’t keep up with your training sometimes people love to go for a walk or a lite jog around the block.

Conclusion:
So i hope you have learnt how to keep your body healthy and fit, if your dream is to become a rugby player or a netball player you should never give up.
